Carl White is one to watch!! As president of Time Mortgage, this visionary has built a thriving mortgage business in Florida’s central, west coast. Carl is a recognized mortgage specialist and is one of the top 100 producers in the United States. As a successful business owner, he attributes his success to a great “team” and exceptional service, where communication is the key.

Carl possesses integrity, sincerity and credibility. He hosts his own nationwide radio show “TIME for Real Estate” every Saturday morning, featuring honest answers to tough questions and he has submitted several articles for publication. Winner of over 18 awards, he has been mentored by industry greats like Brian Sacks, Greg Frost, Tim Burheem and Barry Habib. He has attended conferences by nationally known motivational speakers Anthony Robbins and Dan Kennedy and subscribes to their newsletters and e-mail updates. Using the knowledge he has attained, his company’s unique marketing idea took top honors (first place) in the marketing contest at the “Business Plan 2006” national conference.

He is very involved in charitable, as well as, community affairs in and around the Tampa Bay area. He, his family and his company believe in giving back to their local community and they have sponsored several charitable events, like the Pinellas County Pregnancy Center’s annual golf tournament. His favorite saying is “Knowledge isn’t power, action is.” This is certainly true of Carl, as he is always on the go, whether it be attending classes, reading books, listening to tapes or learning new programs for his clients which are tailor made for today’s market.

Carl and his wife Maria live in Palm Harbor with their three children. In his free time, he enjoys camping, reading and riding his motorcycle.
